Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February 1984, on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. Her entire life she showed a amount of enthusiasm for becoming an actor professionally. When she was enrolled at Boston University School of the Arts She began to lay the foundations for her career. Noureen auditioned for different roles shortly after graduating. Her most notable role was in 2005's West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various film festivals around the world following its debut at Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film won in 2007 when it was awarded the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. It was a stepping stone for Noureen to be successful in the future. She became more famous after 1999 when her performance in American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. Then, she starred in Ghost World (2001), an award-winning film and was awarded the Golden Globe nod.
